Virtual Bowling

We had Carina’s brother Corey and his wife, Liz, over for bowling with our friends Reed & Kat.  Its not quite the same as the real thing, but it was still alot of fun.  Carina killed everyone by about 100 points with her dance bowl.

Father’s Day

Carina got me (and the boys) a Wii for Father’s Day.  So far, we’ve had a ton of fun playing games.  Barrett’s favorites are the baseball (only pitching) and boxing, where he holds the nunchuck and Austin holds the wii remote.  They are actually really good.  I haven’t seen them lose yet!

Stephen & Jen Bramwell

Stephen  and his wife Jen came to Utah to visit a little while ago.  Unfortunately, they were very busy, so we weren’t able to do much with them, but we did go catch dinner with them.

Orange Julius

Austin and Barrett love when we make orange julius’.  He was pouring the sugar this time and spilled a little bit.  Before I could clean it up, he found a way to clean it up himself!

Father Son’s Camp Out (a little late)

Over Memorial Day weekend our ward had a father sons camp out.  The boys had a blast!

Roasting marshmallows seemed to be the highlight of the camp out.

Another Update

So yesterday afternoon I started spotting again, sorry if that’s TMI. So I had Stephan take me to my Doctor’s office. He did an ultrasound, the baby is looking great and growing perfectly, but there is still a pool of old blood between the uterus and placenta, and until that resolves I have to take it really easy, not strict bed rest, but resting a lot of the time and not doing too much around the house. The Doctor also said that it might not resolve the whole pregnancy, but that as long as the tear doesn’t get worse the baby should be fine. We are relieved that the baby is doing so well, a little bummed about having to be so careful, but no complaining from me, I’ll just do what I have to do to get this kid here safe and healthy.
